Water: I only boiled 2L of water today and I bought a 1.5 litre bottle (600Tsh) this morning while waiting for Malaria test results for myself and two of my participants at the hospital. I had four showers today because I was swealtering (perhaps because of the Malaria). I flushed four times (you can guess why!)

Energy: Nothing outside of the norm.

Fuel: Hadji & I took the NAFRAC Land Rover (with Masolwa driving for us) into town this morning to take two participant to the Hosptial for bloodwork and we returned the same way.

Food consumed: For breakfast I had an "air" sandwich (aka two slices of bread), for lunch I had rice & beans and meat stew prepared by Mama Rosie. In the evening I had two more slices of bread. I was not feeling well and did not eat much.

Items purchased: Only the water mentioned above.

Services: MamaRosie cooked lunch (1500Tsh) and I had a Swahili lesson today (1000Tsh) although I sent him home without the lesson I still paid. Also I saw the Doctor, got bloodwork, and received a treatment for Malaria (1900Tsh).

Incidentals: none other than the norm.
